Our Story
Two decades refurbishing trucks for hard work
Lutoway was founded in 2005 in Liangshan, Shandong — the heart of China's used heavy-truck trade. We started by sourcing and refurbishing Sinotruk HOWO units for the Chinese mining market. As African demand grew, our focus shifted: today, almost every truck that leaves our yards is destined for a port in West, East, Central or Southern Africa.
We've kept the model simple. Source proven Chinese heavy-duty chassis. Strip, refurbish and inspect to a documented standard. Provide buyers full transparency before they commit. Handle every step of the export until the truck is on a vessel headed for their port.
Our Facilities
Two refurbishing centers. 120 professionals on the floor.
Both yards are equipped for full strip-down work — engine rebuilds, transmission overhaul, cab restoration, brake and axle service, repaint, and a final mechanical inspection signed off by a certified engineer before any unit leaves the gate.
Our staff includes export coordinators, certified diesel mechanics, body and paint technicians, and a documentation team handling customs, bill of lading and certificate of origin for every shipment.
